Whether you’ve got a serious workout routine or are just starting to flirt with fitness, one of the most important (and fun!) things to think about is what to eat after your exercise. This smoothie is an excellent post workout drink.  

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup of pineapple
  • ½ cup of papaya
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 scoop Vegamax vanilla
  • ½ tsp powdered ginger
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation:

  • Blend until smooth.
